LES VIEILLES RECETTES REVISITÉES
Vote for your favorite recipe
Have you just tasted a revisited old recipe? Vote for the one that best embodies the balance between tradition and modernity.
Thank you for your vote!
Your voice counts in the election for the best revisited old recipe.
What if tradition became our greatest asset of modernity?
After a successful first edition, the OldRecipes Gathering returns to L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue with a new unifying and creative theme: revisted old recipes. An event that honors cuisine as an art form in its own right, at the crossroads of memory, know-how, and innovation.
THE CONCEPT
For three weeks, particpating restaurants offer their customers a 'revisited old recipe': a dish inspired by culinary heritage, reinterpreted with a personal, contemporary or daring touch.
Through a QR code, customers are invited to vote for the recipe that best embodies the balance between tradition and modernity. A participative, fun and engaging approach that turns every customer into a true participant in the event.
