Following the great success of last year's Charity Gala at the Brun de Vian-Tiran manufcature, which brought together 120 guests andraised 7,560 euros for the La Source Garouste association, Season 2 promises to be even more exceptionnal.
This year, the evening will be held in the vineyards of Domaine des Peyre, where you can savor a signature mealcreated by chefs Xavier Mathieu and Daniel Hébet.
LE DOMAINE DES PEYRE
Domaine des Peyre is nestled in the heartof the Luberon, between sun-drenched vineyards and Provençal hills. This characterful estate, where wine, nature, and art meet, offers an enchanting setting to share a dinner amidst the vines and fully experience the Provençal art de vivre.
THE MONACO LIVER DISASTER FOUNDATION
This dinner in the vineyards will be organized to benefit a charitable cause: Monaco Liver Disorder. This organization supports children suffering from rare liver diseases and their families by working toward awareness, medical support, and the promotion of organ donation.
XAVIER MATHIEU & DANIEL HÉBET
Xavier Mathieu, a Michelin-starred cheffrom the Luberon, embodies a sincere andluminous cuisine, deeply rooted in the Provençal terroir.
For this signature dinner, he will sharethe kitchen with his partner-in-crime Daniel Hébet, for a four-handed creation where passion, expertise, and a love for local produce come together in the heart of the vineyards.
