Htein Lin, né à Mezaligon, Birmanie en 1966, est un artiste aux multiples talents, mondialement reconnu pour ses peintures, ses installations et les messages dont il est porteur. Ardent activiste, étudiant-soldat puis prisonnier politique pendant près de 7 ans, il épouse à sa sortie de prison Vicky Bowman ancienne ambassadrice du Royaume Uni au Myanmar avec laquelle il a un enfant. Ils vivent pendant 13 ans à Londres avant de revenir au Myanmar où il utilise toutes sortes de médium artistiques pour partager ses valeurs birmanes, se faire l’écho des transformations de la société et des évènements politiques.

Recently, she has integrated Artificial Intelligence into her process: "Just as the canvas welcomes color, AI welcomes my imagination, my impulses, my follies, and helps me deploy them."
